More progress on Pecan Street! Soon to be built patio off the 4th bedroom shown in pic 3 (empty framed spot to the left of it will be a rebuilt bathroom ... 4 bathrooms in the plans versus the original 2 🎉)

Progress on Pecan Street! The original cedar from 1905 was more damaged than we thought, so after a hard decision based on that, high lumber prices, and the need for extra insulation on the house, we decided to go with look-alike Hardie. But.....we are saving all the salvageable pieces of cedar and using them for other projects either .cottage or .bungalow ❤️.
