I am a self employed custom home builder, married to my high school sweet heart, father to four awesome children, mountain biking enthusiast, and outdoorsman. This little property is my attempt at making some kind of retirement for my wife and I, and a way to share our small town with others. I put my heart and soul in this little house using wood reclaimed in these mountains by my Grandpa 50 years ago, nearly everything in this house is reclaimed, repurposed, or custom built in our shop. Also, this is the first Certified Green Built home in the city of Brevard. We are the only house in city limits with our own private bike track! This town “Brevard” is one of the top places in the South East for Mountain Biking and Road Biking. We are centrally Located to Pisgah National Forest, Dupont State Forest, Gorgeous State Park, and Headwaters State Forest. Not to mention a 25 minute drive to the newly opened “Riveter” a brand new indoor/outdoor bike park. We are walking distance to restaurants and breweries, and one mile from “The Bracken Mountain Trail” and “The Brevard Music Center”.
