Performing Arts Consultants, established in 1984, is a non-profit educational foundation dedicated to students of the performing arts. Since that time Performing Arts Consultants has been nationally recognized by thousands of directors as the festival company that is 'in tune with your music program.' As a music educator, you will find that our staff understands your musical needs and concerns as

they relate to music travel and festival events. We succeed because our experienced staff consists of many former music educators and degreed musicians. In fact, Dr. Michael A. Mazzarisi, president of "PAC" for the past twenty plus years, has led our organization to realize we have only one chance to get it right and create lasting memories in young minds. While we take pride in our attention to logistic detail and organization, we are equally aware of your group's musical needs and focus on the concerns of administrators, chaperones and parents.

Spotlight: Norfolk, Virginia - 2025 NATO Fest Parade of Nations - Our favorite Springtime parade! Norfolk is home to the largest naval base in the world. When aircraft carriers return from months at sea, local TV stations cover the event. Norfolk is surrounded by the Hampton Roads harbor to the west, the Chesapeake Bay to the north and Virginia Beach and the Atlantic to the east. Participants can visit Colonial Williamsburg also featuring Busch Gardens Theme Park or the beautiful beaches at Virginia Beach. The 71st “Norfolk NATO Festival’s Parade of Nations” will step off on Saturday morning with 16-22 bands in competition for rating, or just to experience the event and march through.

Alabama A&M leading the 2023 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Awesome rehearsal today with the Alabama A&M University Band. They will be the first band marching in the 2023 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade tomorrow and they will be great. Yesterday, Performing Arts Consultants had their dance team open the Radio City Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall. This has been a busy and exciting week for my staff and me.
