ALLLLL Aboard!!!! New this year!!!! Ride the trolley up and down Main Street to all your favorite stores. Mike Davis, from the Bridgton Historical Society, will be riding along with you sharing local history. The 290 Trolley will be running Saturday, November 23rd from 10 am - 4 pm.

Dear Fryeburg Fairgoers - our new metal detectors replace bag checking. We understand everyone in Maine carries a small pocket knife. These are allowed (maximum blade size 4 inches). Guns and large knives (anything with a blade over 4 inches) are not allowed. Medical implants safely pass through.

Hand-held scanners will be available for special circumstances as needed.

Be a responsible hiker and visitor. ⛰️ ☀️

A friendly reminder as we head into the holiday weekend (with some amazing hiking weather!):

🚗 If a parking lot is full, please do not park on the road. This is especially important on Mountain Road near the Ledges & Bald Peak trails of Pleasant Mountain. Please use the overflow parking at the lower east-side parking area at Pleasant Mountain Maine Ski Area. Have a plan B and C destination in case you come across a full parking lot. Maine Trail Finder is a great resource for finding local trails!

💩 Carry out everything you bring in - including dog p**p! Pick it up and carry it all the way out to your car, back to your house or the nearest trash receptacle. No LELT properties have trash service.

🐶 Keep dogs on a leash where required. The trails will likely be busy and some folks choose to hike on trails where dogs are required to be on a leash for a number of reasons. Please be respectful.

🌲 Consider giving back to the trails by becoming a LELT ambassador! Sign up for our LELT Ambassador Training on June 18th to learn more about these volunteer opportunities.

It takes all of us working together to keep LELT lands and trails beautiful and ensure everyone enjoys their time on the trail. Thank you for doing your part. 💚
