Speaking of…supporting small businesses is one of the most important things you can do as a short term vacation rental owner. I can’t tell you how many times a guest was referred to me by a small business owner. Another plus for your guests is including coupons, punch cards, menus and more in your welcome bag for your guests!

About the Owners

Brian and I found our ‘home away from home’ in Brigantine a few years ago. Each time we cross the bridge from Atlantic City, the stress and chaos of the week slips away. We purchased a second rental property hoping to provide you with the same experience…a chance to unwind and relax.

Coastal Haven was recently updated in late 2019. Not only is it just a short walk to the uncrowded, life-guarded protected beach, but also has a heated pool, ocean view and two balconies! We love the dual master bedrooms on separate floors-- each having their own bathroom. Perfect if you are traveling with kids or another couple.

Brigantine is the perfect Jersey Shore destination. Quiet and relaxing but still moments away from all the action.

Within walking distance from the condo are Community Center with mini golf, tennis courts, bocce ball and more! Minutes away from Atlantic City yet a quiet cozy town. The perfect ingredients for a relaxing yet energizing vacation!
