🌱🐟🐴 A Day of Learning in Agriculture Classes!🐴🐟🌱

Today in our Agriculture classes, we had a fantastic mix of hands-on learning and exciting guest experiences!

🔹 Wildlife students dove into sustainability by playing an interactive fishing simulation—learning firsthand about the importance of balance in nature and conservation.

🔹 Aquaculture class welcomed some amazing guest speakers from Fork Farms, who shared valuable insights into sustainable farming and aquaponics.

🔹 Intro to Animal Science had a special treat today with some incredible four-legged visitors! 🐴 Gianna brought her beautiful horses, Forza and Snoopy, to class to share their stories and teach us all about animal care.

What a great day of learning and connecting with the world around us! 🌍 Stay tuned for more exciting moments in our Ag program!

This past weekend, four amazing Brillion FFA members—Derek, Madisyn, Kiera, and Gabby—had the opportunity to attend the Wisconsin Connect and I Am Leadership Conferences! 🌟 They spent time networking with fellow FFA members, learning valuable leadership skills, and growing their passion for agriculture and leadership. We're so proud of their dedication and commitment to making a positive impact in their community and beyond.

🌟 Huge congratulations to Reese C. for being selected to attend the prestigious FFA Next Gen Plant Systems Conference in Orlando, Florida! 🌱 This is an incredible honor, as only 75 FFA members from across the entire country were chosen through a highly competitive application process.

Reese's passion for agriculture and dedication to growth in the plant systems field have truly paid off, and we couldn’t be more proud! 🙌 We can't wait to see all the knowledge and experiences Reese will bring back to our community.

Way to go, Reese! The future of agriculture is bright with you leading the way! 🌿🌟

💦 Students have been busy this week learning about watersheds and how topography plays a role in water flow.

Hydroponics students have been busy monitoring the systems that they put together and continuing to construct an NFT system also known as Nutriwnt Film Technique 🌱

🌟 What an incredible final day at the National FFA Convention for Brillion FFA! Our students had a fantastic time attending workshops, connecting with colleges and potential employers, and meeting fellow members from across the country, including Puerto Rico.

This group of eight has truly made this experience unforgettable, filled with great memories and new friendships. We can't wait to see how they take what they've learned and apply it back home! 🌱💚

🌟 Exciting Day 3 at the 97th National FFA Convention! 🌟

Today, the Brillion FFA chapter had an amazing experience touring Tuttle Orchards, where we dove into the world of agritourism, apple production, and value-added products. It was inspiring to see how innovation and tradition come together in agriculture!

Later, we attended the convention, soaking in knowledge and connecting with fellow FFA members. We capped off the day with a fantastic night at Beef and Boards, making memories and strengthening our FFA family.

Can't wait for what tomorrow brings!

🤯 What a days it’s been and we’re only on day 2!

Today we toured Ozark Fisheries and learned about Goldfish and Koi production, had a chapter lunch, attended the first opening session of convention, and finished the night off with some bowling and bonding.

It’s so exciting having an opportunity for all of these members to be at their FIRST convention. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow has in store 🌟

Day 1 is complete! Lots of travel, a college tour, mini golf, arcades, and 🍕 pizza.

We are so excited for tomorrow. A fishery tour is on schedule in the morning, and we finally will make it to convention and kick off with opening session!

The weather didn’t fully cooperate but we made the best of it! It was a great time at Polly's Pumpkin Patch, LLC. Members had a meeting and got some information on up and coming events!
