Enjoy the award-winning RWU magazine (formerly the Bridge) to keep up with what is happening on campus and with your fellow alumni, attend a networking event or social, keep your RWU email address so you can receive updates from us, find a friend by using our alumni on-line community, send us entries for the Class Notes section of the RWU Magazine (new jobs, marriages, births, etc). Did you know?

Roger Williams had a dedicated Student Union that held the dining hall, mail room, bookstore, game room and snack bar. Downstairs, it was the hub for clubs & organizations like DJs blasting music from the WQRI booth, student editors planning out the next newspaper edition, Student Senate holding meetings in the boardroom and Campus Entertainment Network hosted Chameleon Club dances. Back in the 70s and 80s the “Union” even had an on campus bar called the Rathskeller affectionately known as “The Ratt” before turning into a coffee bar.

The building was torn down in the 2000s and is now known as Global Heritage Hall (GHH). There is still a part of the stone wall that was left at the entrance where hundreds of students sat on through the RWC and RWU days.

If you fall in a reunion year (‘70, ‘75, ‘80, ‘85, ‘90, ‘95, ‘00, ‘05, ‘10, ‘15 and ‘20) you are invited to become a Roger Reunion Ambassador.

🚨THE OFFICE OF ALUMNI RELATIONS IS BACK IN NYC AND ALL RWU ALUMNI ARE INVITED!

Our first 2025 alumni event of the new year- you are invited to attend a special dinner and social hosted by alumni Orin Wilf ‘96, Skyline Developers LLC.

This event surrounds the New York City Real Estate Externship with current students. The students will travel to New York City to engage in an overnight experience highlighting the strengths of the RWU Real Estate program which will include site visits, career panels, and a networking event to dive deeper and soar higher with their education.

As alumni from all backgrounds will have the opportunity to connect with current students and network with industry experts and other members of our alumni community.

Another Alumni & Reunion Weekend is in the books. We had a blast welcoming back our alumni and their families. We loved seeing our alums enjoy the various events from wine tasting and charcuterie board building to our annual golf classic, Class if 1970- 1975 brunch and late night karaoke. We also enjoyed hopping on the shuttle into downtown Bristol to enjoy our favorite places like Aidens, Thames, The Bean, Portside and The Nest. Thank you to all who joined. We can’t wait to do it again next year! #rwualumni #onceahawkalwaysahawk
