Enjoy the award-winning RWU magazine (formerly the Bridge) to keep up with what is happening on campus and with your fellow alumni, attend a networking event or social, keep your RWU email address so you can receive updates from us, find a friend by using our alumni on-line community, send us entries for the Class Notes section of the RWU Magazine (new jobs, marriages, births, etc). This past week- One of the most fun Hawks Take Flight Alumni Tour stops with Roger Williams alums in New Jersey.

A trip down memory lane. The stories our “Roger Williams College” alums from 1979- 1993 had about their time spent in Maple, Cedar, Willow and Almeida. The huge Spring Break parties and concerts and the hangouts at the on-campus pub in the old Student Union (now Global Heritage Hall) the Rathskeller.

The RWU alums chimed in with their stories about working Stage Crew, spending time in the Barn and visiting the old bars Gillarys and Topsides (now known as the Beach House).

We are proud to be Hawks!

During Alumni & Reunion Weekend, on Saturday, May 31, join Dean of Mario J. Gabelli School of Business (GSB), Diya Das and former GSB alums at a cocktail reception to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the School’s official name.

We will follow the event with a special all- alumni celebration with live music under the Alumni Tent by North Residence Apartments.

During Alumni & Reunion Weekend, on Saturday, May 31 we are hosting a special cocktail reception celebrating the 50th anniversary of Marine Biology and all alums who have come through the science department at Roger Williams. We will feature oysters from our own FerryCliffe Farm.

Join Roger Williams Biology, Marine Biology & Environmental Science department and proud alums for an evening of connection and engagement followed by a special alumni celebration with live music under the Alumni Tent by North Residence Apartments.

Another Alumni & Reunion Weekend is in the books. We had a blast welcoming back our alumni and their families. We loved seeing our alums enjoy the various events from wine tasting and charcuterie board building to our annual golf classic, Class if 1970- 1975 brunch and late night karaoke. We also enjoyed hopping on the shuttle into downtown Bristol to enjoy our favorite places like Aidens, Thames, The Bean, Portside and The Nest. Thank you to all who joined. We can’t wait to do it again next year! #rwualumni #onceahawkalwaysahawk
