Join our team at AtlantiVacations! We are expanding!

Do you have a passion for the Azores? Do you have a drive for sales and a love for helping customers with once in a lifetime vacation experience? Then this is the position for you. AtlantiVacations is a full-service tour company specializing in tailor-made experiences throughout the Azores.
If you have a background in sales and customer service and have experienced the Azores firsthand, we would love to hear from you. The applicant would have to be bilingual in Portuguese to be able to communicate effectively with our team in the Azores and our suppliers. Of course, experience in travel and tourism is a plus!

Primary Duties of the travel agent:
-Selling packages, tours, and customizing vacation packages. This includes booking flights, hotel accommodations, tours, car rentals and transfers.
- Making our customers feel confident in our services and answer any questions. Share your travel experiences to the Azores.
- Successfully meet our sales goals and expand our cliental. Selling ad-ons to clients such as insurance, etc.
-Detail oriented to prepare itineraries and invoices for our clients.

We offer:
-Full-time position with convenient hours. Monday- Friday 8am-4pm, some Saturdays a possibility if needed.
-We offer competitive pay. Medical, Dental, and time off benefits.
-Minimum Qualifications:
-High school diploma (or equivalent), graduate of travel school a plus.
-2 years sales and customer service experience
-Experienced with Azores and its culture. Portuguese speaking.
-Great communication and customer service skills.
-Proficient in computers including Microsoft office.
