Some of you have asked how we came up with the name Pour Me for our cabin, so on the heels of mental awareness month, I wanted to share.

In 2019, we took a vacation to with a group of friends that we travel with annually. Per usual, it was a trip full of laughter and love. One night, one person was a giant party pooper and headed to bed early, so Lauren thought it would be fun to bust into the room singing her favorite song by .

That would be the last trip we ever took with Lauren - she took her own life less than one month later. Lauren was the life of the party…always, had the biggest heart and the kindest soul of anyone I have ever met. We watch that video all the time, her memory is alive and well and we thought there was no better way to honor her than name the cabin after that amazing trip and fun memory.

You never know the struggles someone else is facing, so love a little harder and hug a little tighter, as you don’t know when it might be the last.
