We bought this amazing cabin in November of 2018, three months after it was built, and after we've gotten almost ONE HUNDRED 5 Star reviews on Airbnb and VRBO over the last 21 months, my wife Jennifer and I finally started managing 24 Karat ourselves in August of 2020! Being first time vacation rental owners, we signed on with a management company because we felt like we needed to learn the ropes before taking on the responsibilities of managing ourselves, and with a little extra time on our hands due to Covid, we finally took the plunge.

We looked at what felt like 100's of cabins, but this one was so unique in so many ways... It was so open & airy! The modern, clean design and decor really separated it from all of the "loggy" and dark cabins we were seeing. Having two small children, being on a cul-de-sac lot was a big plus for us, AND it's a lot quieter not being on a main road!
What makes this Cabin unique
The shower and bathroom were so well designed it feels like being at a spa, and the master bed is so comfortable, you don't want to get out of bed! We've had SO many return guests in the short time we've owned the cabin, that we can barely get in there ourselves if we want to go for a night or two!
