Yellow Tea is pretty rare. It is such a great cup of tea it is almost surprising how rare it is. But it has a lot of steps to making it during processing. A lot of care goes into this one making it demanding to produce. The end result, is a happy cup of tea. All the goodness of a green but sweeter and softer tasting. If you haven't tried this award-winning tea it is a must try!

Fun little look back... This is when we were testing recipes with our new tea rubs. This test was a success and the recipe it into our cookbook, which has many Southern inspired dishes that include the goodness of tea.

This Cheeseball is one of our favorites. It is made with our Mississippi Sunshine Poultry Rub. We have four great rubs in our store today.

It was a massive undertaking to make this cookbook but we had a lot of good eating in the process!

Busy week tasting teas for clients to help with quality control. Yesterday this tea arrived as a gift from Jason MacDonald A fabulous and surprising tea. A true cross between black and oolong which I didn’t think possible. Incredible intense orchid notes to start with sweet and delicate florals and an intriguing hit of very subtle bergamot notes - a cross between lavender and orange right at the end. I really recommend that you try this unique tea before they sell out! Contact directly. ENJOY!
