Hey BMGS friends!

We’re putting out feelers again! We are thinking about putting together an ice fishing derby over February break. It would be held virtually on FishDonkey, a super cool app you submit your fish to online. Would be open to all waters across the ice belt. There will be a combination of cash and other prizes to give away. Cost will be around $15 per angler to register. Different categories for species.

All proceeds go to our youth programs in hopes of getting registration costs down, add to our arsenal of gear and maybe some day purchasing a van!

We set a goal with and to fish hard and take the top three in the crappie division of the trap attack put on by and we achieved it! I was sweating a bit when out of no where came flying up the leader board nipping at my heels but I really wasn’t surprised cause he is a heck of a fisherman who knows how to slay big fish! If you haven’t already you should check out his YouTube channel! Anyways we achieved our goal in top three with largest stringer and top three largest crappie!

I’ll share a little secret with you all.. if you want some quality baits that produce fish reach out to and he will hook you up!
