As you sit on the porch and the first warm, sweet taste of coffee hits your lips, you realize the forrest around you is like a symphony; all parts working together to create a magical song of nature. The rushing water in the creek lays the backdrop. Hear the precussion of raindrops as they land one after another on leaves of every size, shape & shade of green imaginable. Listen to the songs of the native birds, sharing their vocal talents with you as they enjoy the cool morning. Low lying clouds meander by in the distance, partially disrupting your mountain view...take it in...this IS the GREAT Smoky Mountains.

Today's special of fajita nachos with jerk chicken about kocked my hiking socks off! Grab free water "on tap" 😆 inside the BCO Taproom or a frozen wine slushie. They also have a great selection of hiking gear & other fun merch you'll want to check out. Staff is extremely knowledgeable about the area and can provide info on area hiking trails, etc.
