Sometimes even the new parts are not useable.

Today we headed to a customers house to install a new pump and motor. To our surprise the replacement motor was damaged in shipping with no obvious damage to the Box or case, it wasn’t until we opened up the back that we found that the entire motor winding shifted from being dropped.
