Check this out....we found something that's so strange this morning.

We take customer service and guest experience very seriously, so when our rating started to drop on Facebook, we started looking into it. What we found were these "doesn't recommend" ratings (one is pictured below). These are bots or spam, and they come in through our messages all the time. Seems like they've figured a way to come in through Facebook's ratings review system as well! We can report and ignore spam, but we can't do anything about these little buggers.

Our guess is that if it's happening on our page, it's happening on lots of other business pages, too. So if you're thinking about doing business with folks on Facebook, it may be a good idea to look a little deeper than just the overall rating. That may have more to do with the bots than the business.
