I want to bring my love of painting to those that want good quality models to play games with. I specialize in tabletop quality, which sounds like an odd thing to say, but I like making sure all of the units look good, and give them a little more love than the average tabletop quali

Finally done aging the scales and I'm finally happy with them. Lion's share done. Details, the reds and gold's to finish and need to texture the skin. So many stubby legs.

Getting there. Nothing but inks and glazes so far on the scales. The wormy fleshy bits need some tlc. Need to brighten them up. Several more hours of work to go before I can smoke glaze the scales and armour. So many bits. Still better than the mammoth in terms of fun. I just wish the mold wasn't so warped.

An amazing sculpt but the plastic on the kit is one of the most infuriating I've dealt with in a while. 54 step build process but almost every piece was warped and required reshaping or greenstuff. Still this will look gorgeous when it is done.

Sorry for the lack of updates folks, things have been crazy busy. As much as I wish this was my full-time job, I am still beholden to a regular 9-5 M-F gig. As a result of things being busy, I haven't had as much time as usual to get painting done.

With that said, unfortunately, I am going to be closing commissions probably throughout the next few months. This is my normal job's busy season, so I'll be putting in a lot of hours there. If you already have a commission in, do not worry, I will be finishing those up for you and will be sending out updates individually.

There will still be photo updates on projects as time permits. so stay tuned for those.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but I wouldn't feel right taking models from someone with out being able to 100% guarantee a timeline of delivery. I feel it would be unprofessional. I would like to thank everyone in the gaming community for their understanding as well as their continued support. You guys rock! And we'll be back before you know it!

I know I’ve been quiet on here for a bit, but regular updates will be coming as I have a lot of stuff to catch up on. Expect regular updates starting this week. Images of the completed Glacier King. Photos by Ryan M. Doran. I love this sculpt so much. It was a ton of fun to paint and sculpting the base, especially the face in the rock, was challenging and fun. I also got to experiment with Snow Flock over the sculpted "snow" on the model to make it look like fresh accumulated snow.

Finished the "dark ice" on the back, started the P3 coal black (the green black) and worked up to verdigris. blue toned teeth, and I didn't like the "snow" that they sculpted onto him, so I went and got out the woodland scenics winter effects and actually laid snow base / flock over it to texture it. He's drying now and tomorrow will be clean up. He'll be ready for Food Machine by Friday. I freaking love this model. Better pics when he's dry and done.

Bone and leather done. White icicles done but hard to see the color gradient in the pics. Dark ice left to do and need to do some blue soft tones in the white pelts. Then on to winter effects for the base and the model.

A Skorne Mammoth and a dude by the name of Xerxis are drying now waiting for their final inspection, final varnish and a visit from the photographer tomorrow. HUZZAH. Skorne, I love them so much, but damn if they don't have all of the details ever.

Commissions are closed for the time being. If you already have something in, it will be completed just like normal, but no new projects for the next couple of months. I will let you all know once the queue has cleared up a bit and I open them back up.
