if you are voting and don't understand the propositions then don't vote. As I learned yesterday at the Proposition Town Hall Meeting it's better to not
Vote! The wording makes it difficult but know YOU will be changing the constitution in some of these! Study, research, ask questions before voting yes or no! Don't take these lightly!
