This fully renovated, one-bedroom, furnished apartment along with 2 other apartments, has been a true labor of love, offering a bright and light-filled retreat for those seeking comfort and style. Available now for short-term rental, this gem is part of a triplex, and will be listed for sale starting November 26th.

While we’ve truly cherished this space, it’s time for us to embrace new possibilities and move forward with some exciting bigger plans. We’re looking forward to the next chapter, and we hope this triplex will bring joy and cashflow to its new owners.

We have finished the Loft and are so happy with the results. We could always do more but we have a guest checking in tonight so we are finished for now. •••When you have multiple properties, you have to prioritize and take one project at a time, unless you have a huge team, which we don’t, it’s usually us doing a lot of the work.
