It's Sea Turtle Nesting Season!
Sea Turtle Nesting Season Rules – To comply with regulations that protect the turtles, beach driving and lighting rules are in effect from May 1 to October 31. Vehicular traffic on the beach is only allowed from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and all beachfront properties are required to reduce the impact of interior and exterior lighting which may impact nesting sea turtles.
If You See a Turtle in Distress
If you find a sick/injured/dead sea turtle do not put them back into the water as they may need medical attention. Please call:

Anastasia Condo Beach after Irma

Finally getting a chance to upload a quick video of what our beach looks like! We took this yesterday as we were assessing the damage and the weather is equally beauitful today. Anastasia Condos as a whole did very well throughout the storm - some wind damage, debris, and our fence took a beating but nothing that can't be cleaned up or fixed. Downtown St. Augustine did flood some as well as other certain areas but we will hopefully be back to normal shortly with the help of our wonderful community.
