Alzheimer's Walk Cape Cod Oct 6th The Indian cove crusaders doing our part to help find a cure for Alzheimer's. beautiful day for a walk through the gardens.

This was a highlight for me, I had read about it. It's a jungle garden with over 2000 vibrant orchids originally donated by actor Raymond Burt. The orchids were breathtaking, but the jungle walk and trek up to the look out was unexpected and very cool..the trek in flip flops was a little challenging, but we managed. Being Ronan Goulds daughter has engrained the love of plants in me and Steve's schooling in horticulture we were both completely impressed with this self guided tour. Our taxi stopped off at a local village on the way back, where they explained the old cultures of the Fiji tribes..it was fascinating and we did a little shopping to help out the ladies there.. back at the resort for a little pool time then off to the airport. This day was a good surprise..#thetravelscene1 #buzzardsbaydivers

Wedding vow renewal with our Paradise Taveuni family and friends

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here in Paradise. We thought we were having a rather quiet quick ceremony at sunset, and were surprised with the warriors, gorgeous handmade garland leis, lots of Kava, but the best part was our dive crew singing (and being our witnesses). The Fijian people are by far the most welcoming, friendly, and loveable people we have ever met. A night we will NEVER forget.
