We have lots of squirrels enjoying the hickory nuts around the property at Shady Rest Cottage - Dale Hollow Lake . They are so fun to watch. I try to crack those hickory nuts open and absolutely can't do it. So it amazes me how easy it is for the squirrels. Like it's nothing to them because that's how God designed them.

When Hurricane Ida, which I think was down graded to a tropical depression, is at Shady Rest Cottage - Dale Hollow Lake . Day 2. I love, love, love to see wind blow the trees. It always reminds me of God's strength and power. We all know how stiff, strong, rigid, solid, unbendable, unbreakable wood/trees are. Yet watch them bend and sway when God let's the wind out of His storehouse!! 💖😊
