Some of the most beautiful beaches in the Riviera Maya are affected by sargassum at times.

While different angles, these two photos were both taken at the same beach at the same resort within a very short time period.

Please set your expectations prior to travel and try not to let the sargassum get you down. It is still a beautiful area to travel to and you are blessed to get to visit!

It's January! And what we in the industry like to call "WAVE SEASON!"

And boy is it ever!
It came about because this is typically the time of year that cruiselines offer their best promotions and deals, but it has morphed over the years into the time that everyone wants to plan their travel!!!!!!!
