We love this attitude! Here's your reminder its not always about the destination. It's about always continuing to take steps.

Part of my job is to "sell" you on my facility and coaching.

It's a simple side effect of owning a small business.

You need money to keep it open.

But the real truth is I'm not a salesman, I'm a reminder.

I remind you that those pains in your joints can be reduced through strength training and lifestyle changes.

I remind you that some of those blood markers at your recent Dr visit were a little above or below normal but can be altered with some sustainable changes.

I remind you that that deer that was difficult to drag could be easier next year.

I remind you that losing weight doesn't have to be so damn difficult and you already know the benefits of doing so.

I remind you that life isn't over and being stronger and more prepared to do everything from lifting hay bales to grandchildren only requires a small investment in yourself.

I don't sell what I do because it doesn't need selling.

Sometimes, we just needs a reminder.
