The northern area of Israel, called “Galilee” is where Jesus grew up and called home. However, within the Galilee, a tiny area of about 3 ½ square miles on the northern shores of the Sea of Galilee is sacred. This area is the Evangelical Triangle, and it is the grounds where Jesus did the majority of His ministry, did most of His teaching and the training of His disciples, and performed the majority of His miracles. The 3 biblical villages composed the Evangelical Triangle are Capernaum, Bethsaida and Korazin forming the three corners of this triangle. Jesus did so many miracles in this area that He pronounced judgment on all three villages, saying that if Tyre, Sidon and S***m had experienced such miracles as Capernaum, Korazin and Bethsaida, they would have repented.” (Matthew 11:20-24)

The Feast of Tabernacle holiday (Sukkot in Hebrew) starts this evening. One of the most joyous holidays on the Jewish calendar, Sukkot commemorates the forty-year period that the children of Israel were wandering in the desert, living in temporary shelters. The word "Sukkot" means "booths," and refers to the temporary dwellings that God commanded the Israelites to observe this festival by living in temporary shelters for seven days as a reminder that when their ancestors were in the wilderness.
“Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, ‘On the fifteenth of this seventh month is the Feast of Booths for seven days to the Lord”. Leviticus 23:33-34
