I am incredibly excited to share that I am now working as a home-based travel agent. I have made the decision to do something that I love-selling travel and helping others plan their dream vacations to just a short get-a-way. After being disconnected from the travel industry since 2001 and missing being a travel agent, I decided to jump on board as an affiliate of KHM Travel Group, thus forming my

own home-based agency-TRAVEL BY Cheryl. My passion is helping others to turn their travel dreams into reality. I love traveling and believe it to not--I actually enjoy every stage of the planning process. I know many people find the planning phase to be difficult, especially if they are busy and don't have the time to carefully research their own trips. I have the expertise and knowledge necessary to craft unique vacations that are customized to your personal travel style and budget. You are unique, and your trip should be also. I think a lot of people misunderstand what travel agents do. Yes, we quote and book vacations. Yes, we make personalized itineraries and plans for you. Yes, this costs you NOTHING extra over booking it yourself.
What we don't do is get paid if you don't book with us. We are not paid an hourly wage. We are only paid commission on trips we book, and only after you return home from traveling. So that Disney vacation, cruise, all-inclusive resort stay, etc. that you book on your own - we could have booked it for the same price but you would have helped us build our business. AT NO COST TO YOU. Booking with a travel agent is a win-win!
The cost of our commission is already included in the cost you pay, whether you use an agent or not. Essentially you are paying for a service you are not receiving.
Please consider always using a Travel Agent for your next trip.
