Renovations are nearly complete! Construction for a huge back deck😍 Shortly we will be able to bring in furniture and prepare for the grand opening!
Today while hiking at Salt Fork, I brushed up against a stinging nettle plant. Instantly, my leg started to swell/itching/stinging! Thankfully a park ranger told me to try crushing up a jewelweed stem and putting it on the sting. Within minutes the sting was completely gone!!
Jewelweed sap is also known to help poison ivy, hives, and other irritations. Handy plant knowledge to have when out in nature!
