The Big Three- Good morning from the Coast of Maine. I took this shot yesterday afternoon after making a coffee delivery. It was close to low tide so I was able to slide along the slippery seaweed to get a little closer. Once again, a big thank you to Windjammer Angelique, Schooner Lewis R. French, and Schooner Mary Day for bringing even more beauty to Camden Harbor during this time of year!

How is everyone? We are getting rain so the coffee seems to taste just a little better this morning! We are doing our best to get all orders out the door the same day we receive them and we appreciate every order we receive! Comfort & Joy once again is my Coffee of the Day.

Enjoy the day my friends and have a thoughtful Tuesday.- Dan

Fleet events are my favorite trips! Getting to see all the other windjammers in their finery and lofty canvas stirs the soul.

We have space on the Gam, the Camden Windjammer Festival, and the WoodenBoat Rendezvous if you'd like to join us!

Q: Are guests allowed to help sail the vessel?

A: Anything you may (within reason), and nothing you must.
We invite our shipmates to help with everything from heaving up the anchor and furling the mainsail, to peeling apples and chopping broccoli. Or read and take photos while the activity goes on around you.

The fun part is immersing yourself in the environment, whether it's taking a trick at the helm or absorbing the sunset as we ghost along to our anchorage.

Can you ID this lighthouse we passed on the way?

You know what I love about windjamming?
We visit places you'd never see if you weren't cruising with us.
One evening this summer we had a lobster bake on an island, that didn't even have a name on the chart.
So we named it "Not-There-At-High-Tide Island"
You had to have been there...

Penobscot Bay winds have been great this year! We were hauling with only 4 of our sails up. Windjammer life is good!
