Located 9 miles north of Camdenton on highway 5 and 2.5 miles from Greenview down lake road EE, Breezy Point Resort is your get-a-way destination. From the water we are on the 2.5 mile marker of the Little Niangua where the water is calm for great fishing and boating. Owned and operated locally since 1977. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom air conditioned/heated non-smoking units are located 30 feet from the l
ake and have been remodeled and are nicely decorated. Full kitchens include all place settings and cooking equipment as well a dedicated Weber grill. Cable TV is in all units as well as resort wide WIFI. We have a nice sand beach with a protected area for floating next to the sun deck. Our heated fishing dock allows for year round fishing with 2 cleaning stations. If you are bringing your own boat we have 10 padded boat slips with electricity for rent in our covered dock. We provide trailer storage at no charge. Spring summer or fall, you will find no better place than Breezy Point Resort.
It's a wonderful end to the summer. Thank you to all of our spring and summer guests. From our first guest in March 2024 to the end of this Labor Day weekend, we have been fortunate to host 720 guests in our 10-cabin resort. Now, we get ready for a great fall fishing season. We are ready...bring it on!

The Walrus paid a visit to Breezy Point on Sunday evening and saved the day for a longtime guest on his first night of vacation. Brand new glasses recovered quickly through alot of crappie beds off the dock.

Like Father Like Son. This little guy caught his first fish this past week while Dad enjoyed some successful fishing himself. His first time here was when he was only 10 days old and will be making memories just like his dad did here at Breezy Point for years to come.

Tried something new at Breezy Point, an outdoor movie night, "Honey I Shrunk the Kids". Started out with them making their own fishbowl drinks, to popcorn and candy, and the most beautiful night ever. Let's just say we think it was a success and will be doing it again. Thank you Lake Your Way for bringing this to us, everyone loved it.
And this is when you know the season has officially started!
These boys just finished up with grade school and are moving on to middle school. Their families decided to celebrate here at Breezy Point to kick off their summer and it couldn't have been a more fun week for this group. So many memories made.
Oops, we celebrated Donut Day here at the resort on Wednesday. I guess we will just have to do it again in celebration of National Donut Day!

If you haven't been down to fish in April or May you are missing out. The weather is beautiful and the fishing is great. For new bookings in April and up to May 23, Monday through Thursday only and a two-night minimum we will give you your third night FREE, based on availability. This is a great time to take advantage of being here through the week when things are quiet and you can enjoy some good fishing.
