When a customer suffers a break down we have set up to have a company representative in contact with them and if necessary on site within 24 hours as well as have them back in service in no more than 48 hours, This is accomplished by either completing needed repairs or if extensive repairs are needed we will provide the customer with a loaner tool until theirs can be repaired or replaced.
