Job Description: General assistance with the 5 different businesses under the Windy Ridge umbrella, with a concentrated focus on The Lodge at Windy Ridge. The HOUSEKEEPER/GENERAL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT will ensure The Lodge is clean, organized and ready for guests each week by cleaning all rooms, laundering and changing all bedding, and complete other necessary housekeeping tasks. They will manage the pre and post stay communication with guests, keep the rental schedule updated on multiple platforms, and keep visitors up to date with helpful posts through social media. Light landscaping and repair work may be necessary from time to time. Other duties will be assigned based on season and company needs.

Required Skills:
1. Ability to adapt to changing high priority needs.
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Solid communication and grammar skills with ability to manage office and guest interactions
4. Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
5. General knowledge of social media usage
6. Intense attention to detail
7. Ability to perform moderately intense physical labor, including the ability to change bedding on top bunks (Its harder than you think!)
8. A positive attitude and the ability to make hard tasks fun!
9. A hunger for excellence in every job role
10.. The ability to see a task through until it is fully complete and done right.
11. The willingness to learn new skills

Benefits:
Hourly wage starting at $15/hr
20-30 hours/wk

Whew! We've been busy the last few months, and haven't posted in awhile...BUT...we have good news for groups that have been waiting for a weekend opening! We have TWO weekends available this summer, and one of them is the FOURTH OF JULY!!! The group originally booked for the holiday has moved their stay to next year, which means this fun weekend could be yours!
