This family-friendly event promises fun and entertainment for all, with spectacular dog dock diving competitions, local vendors, and activities for both pets and their owners.

Hey folks, just came across something quite concerning in the real estate world. According to a recent article by HousingWire, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) has reportedly exhausted its liability insurance coverage. This could leave many state and local associations and MLSs facing legal fees without the financial backing they've relied on. It seems the insurance, which covers antitrust claims among other things, hit its limit with no excess funds available for future legal defenses. This situation is especially troubling for smaller associations that might not have their own insurance in place. With legal challenges on the rise, this could spell serious trouble for those caught in legal battles without the means to defend themselves. It's a developing story, so stay tuned for updates.
