Ideal Location! Dog-friendly (pre-approval req). Very short walk to Camelot Park for Pickleball, or walk/bike to Rumrunner's & Cape Harbour's waterfront restaurants & shops, Publix, Lobster Lady, Dunkin Donuts & MORE. Master bedroom has a king bed and has an updated private bathroom. There are 2 more guest bedrooms on the other side of the house (1 queen, 2 twins). We love the pool bath that leads directly to the GORGEOUS & SPACIOUS, private, seasonally-heated Northern exposure pool, and huge screened lanai area surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping.
