Our hearts are with all of our neighbors and friends affected by the devastating hurricane yesterday.

We are grateful to report that our home did not take on any water damage, despite the large gulf access body of water we are on. Water levels rose, but not beyond the break wall.

We do not anticipate any disruptions to our future reservations. Any near future reservations that may be affected due to power losses will be contacted ASAP, once we assess the extent of the situation.

For now, cell service and internet is spotty, so please be patient as we get more information.

The entrance to Bowmans Beach on Sanibel is so lush and beautiful. Like walking through the jungle, and then you get to the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There are convenient restrooms, picnic areas, showers and change areas for a fun day at the beach! Sanibel Island is conveniently located about 40-60 minutes from Cape Coral depending on traffic. Enjoy the old Florida vibes, and cap off your day with a stop at the Lazy Flamingo 3 for a bite!

Welcome to Cape Coral! Our house is situated on one of the largest, gulf access canals in South East Cape Coral! Enjoy lake sized views while soaking in your heated pool. Or head down to the landing, and relax in Adirondack chairs while looking for dolphins and manatees.

The house is conveniently located near downtown restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dishwasher and high speed internet.

There are convenient amenities provided for your use including towels, pool towels, clean linens, beach chairs, umbrella and rolling cooler.

There are 3 smart TVs in the house. Simply log in with your own streaming credentials.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The breakdown is as follows:

Primary Bedroom: 1 King size bed with attached en suite. 3 piece bathroom with double vanity.

Second Bedroom: Queen size bed

Third bedroom: 2 twin size bed and 1 sofa bed

Second bathroom: three piece bathroom with shower/ tub.
