Hurricane Ian...
The most devastating storm in recent memory has impacted Southwest Florida, including the Cape Coral area. We consider ourselves lucky. While our property was impacted by the storm, we had no water damage and have put the pieces back together.
The picture accompanying this post was taken on Wednesday, October 5th and shows the sunset from our dock is as magical as ever.

My family and I stayed for 5 days and was extremely impressed by all the property had to offer. The layout of the home was perfect with 2 separate living rooms, large outdoor patio, and 88 degree pool. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare almost any type of meal. Crock pot, two different coffee makers, beach towels, wine fridge, and a terrific island for family conversation. The home was extremely clean, had brand New appliances in kitchen and large capacity washer and dryer. I would consider this a 5-star property and appreciate the details addressed by the hosts to make it feel like a home.

Don and Lisa you have a beautiful place very relaxing and clean. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and centrally located to lots of shopping and restaurants. Don the property manager was excellent was there when I had a minor problem and question. If you book this property you're in for a wonderful treat our family had a wonderful time. The next time we're in Cape Coral we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Well managed property with a highly professional, very responsive and attentive property manager (Don)

Cleanest property we've ever stayed in, anywhere - and man are we picky!

Perfect for a family with teens - great WiFi and a TV everywhere you look!

Pool was clean, warm and perfect!

The view from the back yard at sunset is stunning - refer to the picture in the kitchen, then take your own!

Minutes (less if you hit the light at the end of the street green!) from an awesome supermarket, Target, gas station, liquor store, much more.

It's called the Owl's Nest for a reason! We won't spoil the surprise, find it yourself! Hard to stop watching!

This property was fantastic! We loved everything about it. The house is located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood and it is spacious and beautifully decorated. I would call the decor classy beachy and there were beautiful touches everywhere. The kitchen was very well stocked and everything appeared very new. There was even a beautiful coffee bar and a wine fridge. The lanai was lovely and having a television out by the pool was great. The pool was toasty warm and the view of the canal was spectacular. The only thing that could have been better was the weather! We loved this vacation home and would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I had a great time and “Warm” vacation. The home is very comfortable, pretty and had everything we needed. It’s in a good location, close to everything you need. We particularly enjoyed having cocktails on the dock and watching the sunsets.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Even before our trip Don was accessible and kind. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was cloudy and cold one of the days of our trip but we were still able to enjoy the heated pool! We were told that a pool company would stop by once during our stay. We were there for five nights and they stopped by twice - they were nice people and we didn’t mind. It just shows how well the property is cared for and maintained. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.
