Don’t count the West coast of FL out. There are numerous places to visit!

Fortunately we didn't get the flooding with Milton that we did with Helene. One of the most important things we need right now is PEOPLE. While many stores are still rebuilding, there are Restaurants, Shops, and Attractions open who desperately need your support. It's been a rough week for everyone so treat yourself and help our businesses by coming down for dinner, do some shopping and enjoy the beautiful weather we're having right now.

Once again, initial reports appear that we skirted by another catastrophic situation. We have not been onsite but we do know we had no storm surge as originally forecast for both locations.
Thank you for all the prayers and everyone reaching out the past 2 weeks. Pray for the ones affected by these horrible storms.

Thank you for all the calls, messages, texts, and prayers. We have been extremely blessed and lucky.
Pirate House had no water damage. Dock damage but we don’t know the extent. Water was 1ft from our garage and made it barely to the pool. That was approximately a 9ft surge.

Clearwater Beach took a hard hit as a barrier island as well. The townhouse had less than 2ft we are now told in the lower ground garage area.

We will have some clean up and repairs but we have been very lucky to have great neighbors and a great community. In true Floridian spirit…..these places will not quit. It’ll be a fight but they will come back and it’ll be as gorgeous as always.

When Justin and I can get down there, I may see if anyone has any donations for those in our community that lost everything.
