We had a great day on the inshore tuna grounds yesterday. We were able to get Charlie on his first ever tuna and he did an amazing job. The tuna bite dropped off so we turned our sights on sea bass. We put 25 nice bass in the box in 45 mins. The sea conditions started to diminish so we headed in. We left the marina at 5 and were back in by 1130. Great day!

We had another great charter yesterday. Three man charter with well over 30 tog caught. The fall season is going to be a good one. If you’re looking to wreck fish for tog reach out and we will set up a trip!

Yesterday we were finally able to fish the Hook Line and Warriors trip after it was cancelled due to weather the first time. It was an epic first trip of the fall sea bass season. The three veterans were able to boat well over 100 fish keeping 35 sea bass, a big trigger and a croaker. We also threw back numerous keeper size fish that were under 13”. Sea Bass season will be opening back up on October 1st. The spring bass season was very good. If anyone is interested in chartering a trip just reach out to me and we will get something scheduled.

We participated in the Breezy Lee Flounder Tournament yesterday. We teamed up with Vivid Sportfishing and put together a great day. We had to put quite a few miles on the Cop A Feel but ended up with 7 keeper size fluke and a ton of throw backs.

The first two days of the 2024 Flounder Pounder Open are done. One more fishing day for us. First day sucked!! Day 2 was much better fishing. Boated 20-25 flounder. Nothing big enough to make the board but still a great day on the water with a great team of guys!!

Had the honor of attending a benefit for the Hook Line and Warriors tonight. I’m excited to be taking Veterans out for a day of fishing in August. I’m honored to be a part of this organization. Also won a couple Chinese Auction prizes that will get put to work on the Cop a Feel II this season!

The Cop-A-Feel II had a couple of upgrades done this week. Our friends at Charthouse Marine installed a new Garmin Force Kraken 90 and Custom Captain and Salmon Signs designed and printed the vinyl for the sides of the boat. It’s coming together nicely and we should be fishing by the end of next week.
