We took a midday break to check out Revolution Rail today. It might have been the coldest day this year 🥶 but we still enjoyed a scenic tour through the Meadows to the canal with a stop at the Garrett Preserve. Cudos out to Jake and Jesse for an informative tour on local history and wildlife. Highly recommend!

Our 1116 Ohio home sleeps 10 and is available for the next 2 week/ends and the weather is gorgeous! Lots to do in town and beaches are open :) Offering a 2-night stay for $700 (a $150 savings) and $200 off a longer stay. Come see why the locals love this time of year!

And that’s a wrap! Last team cleaning for the season. All but our 1116 Ohio home are ready for winter tenant check-ins this week (and 1116 is clean and available for shorter stays 😊). Going to miss our Saturday shenanigans but Spring cleaning will start before we know it. Thank you to ALL of our tenants for a successful season ☀️

What a wonderful evening supporting the CM Community FOOD Closet at the Cape May Point Science Center! We had the honor of constructing this lighthouse of canned goods in collaboration with Susan Marker and deconstructing and loading for delivery, with the help of friends and neighbors in attendance. So enjoy living and working in a generous small town ❤️

Due to a family emergency, our Cape Roc 314 tenant was unable to come yesterday. Offering the remaining nights from today 9/9 until Saturday morning 9/14 at 10am (5 nights) for up to 4 people at $500+tax+cleaning, normally a $1025 week! The condo is ready, pool is open, and the weather is gorgeous. Call us! 484-343-5938

We can’t believe that the “official” summer season is almost over! If you haven’t come in September and October, consider trying our “locals summer” - we have some days still available in a couple of our homes. Crowds are gone, the ocean still warm, and lots to do around town. Only a two night minimum for remaining dates!
