Last week our heat went kaput at the studio but fortunately that has been fixed. As a result we moved our afternoon class to our warm office location and it was a wonderful experience. Funny that the project of the day was about bundling up with scarves and hats. Here are some examples of what we created!

Regrettably, we are cancelling the morning art class at Studio Forget-Me-Not due to inclement road conditions. We take the safety of our attendees very seriously. The afternoon class will proceed at 2pm as planned. We have hot cocoa! Bundle up!

We had a fascinating chat today about the history and origins of the pine tree, exploring its rich symbolic meaning and how it’s tied to the winter solstice, Yule, and Christmas traditions. We’re thrilled with our decorated trees and took a deeper dive into the tree's role in Egyptian, pagan, German, and later Christian symbolism.

We are incredibly thankful to the North Hills Art Center for showcasing the work of our artists at their Holiday Artisan Market! The show was beautiful and the work was amazing! Thanks to those who took the time to visit and shop.

The moment we've all been waiting for has arrived! This is the 2025 calendar that the Carnegie community voted on last Summer! Everyone from the community was invited to be a part of the voting process. It’s $12 and all proceeds benefit the art programs and the individuals whose art was selected!
