👋🏼Hello Friends!

Today, Alex and I realized we have never done a proper introduction on our Crafty Properties page…🫣 So here goes!

Nice to meet you all! Alex & I are the owners of Crafty Properties, NC and we are delighted to share our beach 🏖️ and mountain ⛰️ short term rentals with you all.

Alex and Jennifer met in 2011👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏻, got married in 2013 💒, and started our short term rental business back in 2020 🏠…RIGHT before the pandemic started. Oh and we started a complete renovation at the same time too. Talk about scary😱! Oh the stories we have…Fast forward to now and we’ve expanded our portfolio to 2 beach properties in Carolina Beach and Surf City, as well as a mountain cabin in Bostic.

We live in Raleigh full time and have 2 young children together. Alex also has 2 older boys living their best lives on their own. We all love to travel ✈️ and embrace learning as much as possible about new places! We like to think we have a good foundation of what it takes to make your stay comfortable and memorable - no matter if you’re traveling as a couple, a family, or a group of friends.🤩
