Welcome to Ella 1862. She is an L shaped Victorian house built in 1862, Pre-Civil War, before electricity or running water. We purchased her a year ago, and she was essentially a tear down. We spent the last year bringing her back to life. Our goal was to keep the old charm and add all the modern amenities. Come enjoy the charming Downtown City of Carrollton, Ga. Walking distance to Historic Adamson Square, minutes to UWG, Southwire, Tanner Medical, Lake Carroll and the greenbelt. We hope you feel at home during your stay! And come back again.
