We feel lucky to have a last-minute reservation for a week at one of the slowest months of the year.
I have to come to check the house after the cleaners cleaned it two weeks ago to make sure it’s up to our standards, especially after the frozen storms.

Got home at 2:30 AM and had to come back the next day to QC until the check-in time.

Many laundry, cleaning, organizing, etc…but feeling good about it.

Finally, the gazebo is up, the hot tub and long dining set will be added soon, then we will working on the yard.

Our normal walk through before the guests check in 😍 I loved this yard, cannot wait to set up the long dining table set and add more outdoor games.

Still debating if I should add the hot tub since it’s in a semi-high end area 🤔 what do you think?

Guests said “I booked your house for Xmas dinner to be with my son after he moved here a few months ago” That touched me so I went to buy the Xmas trees for their family to enjoy and for other houses as well😊

The tree in the third picture is before I decorated the tree, but I felt it missing something so I went to buy the decorations last minute 🥲
First time doing it, took me 6-7 hours total with shopping and cleaning but I like it, hopefully not too bad.
If guests are happy our team is happy.

My assistant was very focus on cutting the circle, without her help I couldn’t finish it 😅

After the last guests checked out we are adding more amenities before scheduling the professional photographer, the house wasn’t tidy with all the new things.

Thanks to the guest who requested more pictures of the kitchen and living room so I rushed to clean a bit and use my old phone to take some pictures for her to see, the house looked good so far 🥰
