Starstruck Competition Corner

Starstruck Competition Corner Starstruck offers Dance or Gymnastic teams for the student who would like to compete. 3 hours or more per week. Tryouts will be held.

We are a family studio .Our dance & gymnastic life started with my mother Rosemary Popovich who taught for 53 years in the Alliance Area. She has numerous achievements in the the field of dance and was one of the most well educated and respected teachers of her time. She taught for the Canton Ballet workshops and her own studio.She was ahead of her time with exploring other ethnic forms of dance l

ike Polynesian and Mid-Eastern dance. Tanya Popovich followed the performing side of the arts with many professional engagements, Television appearances, workshops and traveling in and out of the country. Melissa chose to follow in the footsteps of the family business with teaching and competing for the last 30 years. Our students have been hired with Carnival Cruise line and have performed and worked in Las Vegas and danced on Broadway.Many students own and operate studios. Morgan Trainer now is also teaching and coaching in step with the rest of her family. We are also proud of to have Leslie Yoder on our teaching staff who was a former student and studio owner. Our teams give the students an outlet for dance other than our regular recitals and local performances.
