With all the wonderful new home-based travel advisors that we have partnered with in Bartow County and beyond, it can become a little confusing to know who to call when you’re ready to book that next fabulous vacation!

As the owner of Take Time To Travel, I am grateful for every person that calls Take Time To Travel to book their next travel adventure. Thank you for supporting a local travel business.

Our office maintains a staff of six talented agents. Additionally, we have several home-based advisors that work full-time jobs and handle travel arrangements in the evenings and on the weekends! We are incredibly blessed with a talented group of HB agents that love travel and have a passion to create experiences that provide memories for a lifetime.

When you call Take Time To Travel, one of the first questions we are going to ask is if you have ever booked a vacation with us before and do you remember who you booked your vacation with? If it was with one of our inside sales travel advisors, we’re going to connect you with that person so you can continue to work with the same advisor that assisted you in the past and is familiar with your travel preferences and has already established a partnership with you.

If you booked your vacation plans with one of our awesome home-based advisors, we are going to reconnect you with that person. We can call them for you and let them know what your current travel needs are, or we can give you their contact number so you can call them directly.

It is important to us that we maintain the relationship we have built with clients that have reached out to our office over the years. It is just as important that we protect our home-based agents with the travelers they have represented over the years. This is why when you call one of our home-based advisors that they will always ask you who you’ve worked with in the past - and if you would like to continue working with them on a new travel itinerary. It is in this way that we help each other and show mutual respect to all the members of our team who have spent years building their clientele.

In recent months, because of all the growth we have experienced with home-based advisors, we are receiving more calls than ever from travelers who have seen a trip posted on social media that they have an interest in learning more about, but they’re not sure if they should call the agent who posted the trip or call the advisor who has always assisted them in the past. We always encourage clients to reach back out to the agent they have trusted and been pleased with in the past.

All of our team members have the same abilities to book any trip that you see promoted online and to take advantage of any group perks and/or amenities that may be offered for any group cruise or land tour. This is one of the wonderful ways that we help each other.
