Blue River Community Harvest, Inc Eligibility criteria to receive help from the Blue River Community Harvest: The Blue River Community Harvest Rules and Regulations for Assistance
1.

You must APPLY to receive assistance
2. BRCH must receive proof of number of persons in household within 30 days of application*
3. You can receive food from the pantry only ONCE per month.
4. You can visit the clothing pantry only ONCE per month.
5. Only one representative from each household may receive food for that household once per month.
6. Each family must sign in when entering the pantry.


7. We are not responsible for accidents or for your children. Please keep them with you while at the pantry.
*EXAMPLES of PROOF of number of family members
1. A lease with address, names of people living there. Copy front and signature pages.
2. A letter from the landlord with the names and ages of all the people living in the household
3. A copy of an application for assistance, such as for food stamps or Medicaid, which must contain name, address and names of all persons in household.
4. Letter from caseworker with names as above
5. Utility bills

General information

GENERALLY, we are open on the first 4 Tuesdays of the month from 1-3 and 6-8. We are closed on the 5th Tuesday if there is one. Food Pantries are alternated with clothing pantries on Tuesday nights. Generally, we have food pantries on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays from 8-11. All dates are subject to change for reasons of weather, school closings, holidays, etc. See calendar on building window for exact dates of pantries.
