For YEARS, we've traveled using hotel points because Chris had earned them through business travel. He's a Platinum Elite status with Marriott - that's a lot of travel!

But, 3 months ago, we joined the short term rental bandwagon and converted one of our long term properties to a furnished rental on Airbnb. Then 6 weeks later, we converted another...see below. These properties are in GREAT locations here in Cary, NC - convenient spots for travelers and those of us that call the Triangle area home.

I've learned lots of things about short term rentals in a short time, but my big Ah-Ha realizations are that one, I love it! Combining real estate, with staging, hosting and property management hits a sweet spot in my passions. Secondly, WOW! I can't believe we haven't been traveling this way all along. The convenience of having a kitchen, parking at your doorstep (without parking fees!) and space to spread out as a family is a game changer.

Welcome to The Cloverleaf in central Cary, NC! Our name is a reminder that the location is where it all comes together. Just 10 minutes to RDU, 2.5 miles to downtown Cary and close Raleigh, Durham or Chapel Hill. There are two large bedrooms (beds for 5), two baths, an office loft and plenty of room to spread out in 1550 square feet. A fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, walk-in closets and a large deck offer our guests a home away from home to enjoy while traveling.
