Adjustments are based on the rider pedaling the bike under load, as this will provide him with a better understanding of the rider’s biomechanics in motion. I have not posted in a while. Here was a Kickr bike session. Our focus was on relaxing the upper body and improving the pedal stroke. He is very smooth!
