Happy Father’s Day. To all the dads, grandpas, uncles and other father figures out there gassing up the boat, carrying a cooler, baiting the hooks, coaching the next skier, pulling up a kid on a wake board, throwing them off a tube, untying a knotted line, taking care of a big bug, and sharing life lessons- we appreciate you. The lake wouldn’t be the same without you.

Yesterday we celebrated a great 2022 with our Big Woods team. I have said to many of our guests that my favorite part of hosting is knowing we have a small part in family memories. I love families! This same sentiment extends to our team- it is truly a family affair. Our cleaners, maintenance and management team all operate with their families. You will often find spouses and kids working together. I am grateful for our team and am so glad to spend a few hours with everyone! Merry Christmas Big Woods- we are so grateful to you! - Tera
