We are big rope droppers when we go to Disney World. We have great success at hitting a majority of our favorite rides all in the morning. The biggest game changer for us was when we found each each park actually lets you in BEFORE the posted open time.Animal Kingdom was supposed to open at 7:30 am for early entry.We arrived at the park at 6:45 and walked right through security. We were one of the first 100 people in line for tickets.They let us through the ticket gate at 7:10. And we were able to go back and grab a Starbucks and wait in line for our ride. My suggestion is to buy the individual lightening lane for Flight of passage so you don’t have to worry about rope dropping that one. We chose dinosaur the last time and we were first in line and first on the ride. We were then able to hit expedition Everest as a walk on as well. Kilimanjaro safaris is also magical right away in the morning. But it is not open during early entry. However we have had luck getting on that early as well! Walt Disney World Dining Secret I wish someone had told me:Check out Ale and Compass Restaurant at the Yacht club resort. We rode the skyliner over for breakfast.We walked right in, no reservation.They offer small buffet for breakfast. For $25 you get to choose one entree off the menu AND you get the buffet. That’s a steal! I chose the omelet with potatoes and the. At the buffet tried muffins, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls and a yogurt parfait bar.You could also opt to have a child eat from your buffet plate rather than order from the kids menu. For my two year old this was perfect, she has a small appetite and is pretty picky. The service was fantastic, the food was great and affordable! We left with full and content.
