Just got back from an amazing vacation with my son. We went on a Disney Cruise!! Highly recommend this to all families no matter the age of your child. From characters to kid clubs to adult life there is something for everyone on board. We visited Disney’s private island Castaway Cay and Nassau. We left out of Port Canaveral. Hurricane Debbie was not going to take the joy away. My son spent most of the cruise with friends at the teen center and playing basketball with friends he met. I took a ship tour and went to the spa for a relaxing massage.

Disney Cruise Line has announced that the Disney Destiny will begin sailing in November 2025. Bookings open September 12!

It will feature a new restaurant named "Pride Lands: Feast of the Lion King" and an Incredibles-themed sweet shop.

Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King will feature live musicians and storytellers who will present a musical journey through the film's soundtrack. The lighting will transform sunrises to sunsets throughout the meal as "Simba embraces his destiny."

The sweet shop will be named Edna Á La Mode Sweets and will be inspired by the animated short "Auntie Edna." The menu will include gelato, ice cream, and cookies.

These are just some of the amazing things to look forward to on this newest ship.

GENIE PLUS IS LEAVING ON JULY 24th there will be a new system in place! The new system will be Multi Pass Lightning Lane and. Single Pass Lightning Lane!
The cool part is off site guests can purchase their passes 3 days prior to visit at that park. Hotel guests can do it 7 days prior to going!
Prior to purchase you can see the window of availability and what is available. For Multi Pass you can make 3 ride reservations for that day. You can pre-plan your trip a bit. Then after you use your first pass you can make your next reservation. Kind of like Fast Pass + used to be!
