Join us for a special donation-based all levels Yoga class led by Army veteran Mike Keighley!
Mike is an 8+ year Army veteran with deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait. Following his time in service Mike found community, identity and purpose on his yoga mat. He currently teaches re-calibrated veterans and their families at Travis Mills Foundation utilizing science based, adaptive, and trauma informed techniques learned through Warriors at Ease.

🙏Half of all donations from this class will be contributed to the Travis Mills Foundation, supporting post 911 recalibrated veterans and their families through various programs that help these heroic men and women overcome physical and emotional obstacles, strengthen their families and provide well-deserved rest and relaxation.
🙏The other half will be donated to Warriors at Ease, an organization dedicated to ensuring every member of the military community is trained in how to use the practices of yoga and meditation to alleviate the stressors of military life and aid in the prevention and rehabilitation of physical and invisible injuries.
